- Speaking of delays , I went to the record store to buy the Madonna album and Bam .. It still didn't arrive. A major slap on my face. I asked the sales man when it would arrive and he told me probably in two weeks time! ugh , I then started giving him a lecture on how delays drive people to settle for the pirated cds that get sold on the streets of jordan and that they're loosing alot of business because of it...and he just looked at me as if I blurted out some major crap and so I gave him a nice little fake smile and walked away.
Then I went to see if the New version of iPod was out cause I really wanna get it and to my surprise ( NOT!) it's still not out here. I didn't even bother asking them when it's going to arrive...so I just walked out of that damn store.
- I wanted to take pictures of a mall here called 'mecca mall' , but the idiot security guard didn't let me!! He said that pictures were not allowed and then gave me this dirty look while saying in arabic 'even with all that's happening in the country you're still taking pictures'. What the hell? I called him back and told him that was a very stupid thing to say and asked for his name in order to report him to whomever is in charge there but he refused and just walked away. He really pissed me off but I just let it go...though I did manage to take a few pictures b4 the dope caught me..so might upload them to flicr if they're any good.
- This might sound stupid to some of you but I would really like to know how can anyone dial words? For example , in America they sometimes ask you to dial stuff like 1-800-CONFESS. It really gives me a splitting headache just thinking about dialing that.
- Why oh why did I eat the bloody kitkat a few days ago? Now I have a painful pimple on my cheek. As if I don't have enough marks on my face already! *sobs*

hmm... maybe US mobiles are different nabs?? Cuz I can assure u I tried and no way of typing any letter in that bloody space ...

And about the # thing I believe its like 1-800-CONFESS = 1-800-2663377 as in that each letter represents the # that it is on with. Look at your mobile fone and there are letters on each #, I think thats the concept. Am not sure though.
I was at Loay yesterday and they still haven't gotten neither the iPod nano or the video one so relax you aren't in the only technologically backwards country in the middle east. However Al Emad has them both though the 60GB iPod video (RO. 190) is sold out and they only have a 2GB nano which they sell for 95 rials. The 30GB iPod video is RO. 155.
Nf: yeah.. I felt like getting that all off my chest. :p

tee : no they're not faster than oman. Oman's cinemas have improved alot lately. I have seen most of the movies that are now playing in here jordan when I was in oman back in september.

Still going to mecca mall, shorak i told you about the gossip's and boy i think it is seriouse! :p. About pirated things, everything here is not original, u r odd to be buying good nice, neat, original stuff. :) I keep on checking on stuff three times to make sure that it is not taqleed :S!
kaza : lol , I don't care about libya.. I'm not living there. Once I do visit then I'll complain about their cinemas. :p

Naj : I think it's quite safe. They have airport type of security and scensor machines on each gate. It was comforting to see that even though they did feel me up all over which was a bit nasty..but heck..it's all for the sake of security.
libellula : they used to allow it b4 , but i guess they're just all still pissed about the recent bombings. Time will heal all wounds...and everything should be back to normal i'm sure.
