I noticed that all the bloggers around me have something to say , and on a daily basis , something interesting and smart , while I can barely actually think of something to post here.
Is it me? is my life that boring? or am I just a person who has very little to say or share with the world. I seem to do fine around friends and family , actually I usually cant even shut up around them.
Thinking about it I guess I've always been this way. back in school days , I used to enter class and not say a single word to anyone untill a friend comes in and starts talking to me , and during recess everyone was just talking and laughing while all I did was quietly stand along with my best friend at the time..and barely have anything to talk about , unless we comment on the girls , or My friend wishing that someone will trip and fall flat on his/her face so that he can have the laugh of a lifetime , but other than that..I seriously cant recall any meaningful conversations. Some people do it naturally and can talk about anything and everything and always have something to add , while it just takes me loads of time to adjust and feel comfy enough to add something. As much as I wish that I was one of those who can strike conversations and actually be the lead.. it doesnt really bother me that I am not. Perhaps all artists are like me and express themselves better through their art.
But then again.. very little actually happens in my life. I am at home most of the time , sitting online , infront of my lap top and just browsing. I really need to go out more often , and make more friends , but i just cant seem to find anyone that really interests me in this country. I just want a person who is really into movies lol..and I'll be just fine. English movies of course , cause I cant stand the arabic ones.
There was a time long ago when I had alot to say , which was back In malaysia , when I had many friends , and somehow whatever I talked about seemed interesting to them , and we got along pretty well. but then again they were all geeks like me who were into music and movies and the net , plus I was foriegn , so whatever I told them about the arab world was 'interesting' to them. I kinda miss those days...and there are so many times over here where I truely feel alone and miss having company around me all the time.

Its around 7:30 am now and I just finished drinking a whole 1.125 liter of Mountain dew , which makes me feel so guilty!!

Well, talking about blogging, I do feel the same here, I cant think of anything to post.
I face alot of thing in the single day. But, I just dont feel that I want to talk about it, & I like balqis said, its truly right!
Talking about the way you spend your time, yeh I guess you need to go out more often. The way you spend most of your time online wouldnt take you to anywhere, I mean talking about relations outside the virtual world.
Myself, I am always out, always seeing my friends, where I got many who can talk about anything, the most we got the same interests, or at least for some we would chat about something that I am interested in.
About the large size of Dew, once I did the same thing, & I felt drunk! :S

you have things to talk about, you have a great mind walla...you just like to put in the sleeping mood and i don't know why :S
i have nothing much to say as well, most of the time its just rubbish lol....
you dont know how much i envy people who don't talk much or dont interact more then enough. You save yourself from alot of things believe me. being in between and having closed ones to talk to and be you is more than enough. I really think it is a blessssing. It gets really annoying sometimes when you talk too much or you interact with people alot... (i'mn not tryin to say that staying alone all the time is healthy but compromising is the key)...
Well you have your art don't you? I let off steam (and all other emotions) by writing; thats where I get the motivation for it. Obviously, you can do that by being artistic.
You may not have a lot to say; but you've got othat talents. God has blessed us all equally, but in different ways.
Besides, no one likes a guy who talks to much. Quiet men are nicer.

Ohh NaBHaN, I though you are facing that while you are in Oman.
If you are talking about being abroad, so I dont blame you.
When I was in India, I faced the same thing, I wasnt going out that much except for shopping or playing soccer at the beach.
I used to spend almost 3 hours online everyday!
Sometimes it depends on the place there!
You may be a quiet person but sure u r an interesting one too ;) , you can make ppl stick around you by saying just little and just by being there ..

I find silent ppl mysterious... and that's what makes them interesting. There's nothing wrong with being silent. I find it great cuz blabbermouths get on my nerves sometimes. Not only that but a silent person usually only talks if necessary and doesn't say something unless it's worth saying... I admire that. I'm guessing that u're better at expressing urself through writing and drawing. I understand u perfectly well cuz I write and draw myself. And I find your graphics quite impressive Nabs...
I take an interest to graphics, but what I want to do is animated graphics for games and movies.
U think 3 hrs online is a lot? Do u know how long I spend? I lost count...
I used to spend even longer on RPG games... cus they're my favorite and that's where u can see REAL graphics...
I advise u to keep goin Nab.. cuz I definitely would like to see more!! I'm lookin forward to it!
P.S. but don't overdo it. I remember my eyes hurtin me so bad cuz i spent too long b4 the screen.
