Linkin Park - Minutes To Midnight

Linkin Park are releasing their 3rd studio album in two weeks and it seems that their hard core fans are finding a hard time adjusting to their new sound direction. Apparently they ditched their Nu Metal sound for a more alternative rock one which I personally am really loving. I've been a fan since their first album and I can still feel that this is a linking park album, perhaps not as aggressive as their other releases but it's just as fantastic if not better. There might not be many single material songs on the release but the album works beautifully as a whole package and I am just having a blast listening to it (already played it 4 times in a row since I got a copy of it). I am not sure if it's going to do well for them or sell as much as their previous albums but it's a risk they've taken and I applaud them for it.

My rating: 9/10

Here's the whole album for y'all to check out (because as I said it works best as a whole package) and don't forget to support the band by buying an original copy of it if you like it.

1. Wake
2. Given Up
3. Leave Out All The Rest
4. Bleed It Out
5. Shadow Of The Day
6. What I've Done
7. Hands Held High
8. No More Sorrow
9. Valentine's Day
10. In Between
11. In Pieces
12. The Little Things Give You Away

*songs in Bold are my favorites.

It is a superb album indeed! I like most of the songs if not all, I am totally as well into it as an LP album. They have done yet again something new and still identifiable to who they are.

I dont have fav songs yet, got to hear it more to get the feel of it.
