I committed a serious crime towards myself today and put myself through half an hour of TV torture. I actually sat down to watch an episode of 'days of our lives' (famous american soap opera) on channel 4! yes that is how bored and sad I was.
I mean cummon , do they train these actors to 'act' dumb or are they actually just talent less and plain stupid? I would assume the average I.Q of each one of them is no more than 30% ( and that's actually me being generous) cause the way they talk , act is just amazingly exaggerated and brain numbingly dumb , or wait..maybe that's the director and writers fault? Anyways.. whoever is responsible for it should be electrocuted!
After watching ten minutes of it I couldn't help but want to hide myself under a rock. I seriously felt ashamed that human beings were actually capable of reaching so low. In today's episode they're supposed to break some bad news to 'Hope' ( I can't believe I actually remember that bimbo's name! ) and guess what? it takes 15 minutes or more to actually break the bloody news. ugh!
By the last few minutes I swear I was literally shouting 'SHUT UP ALREADY' , I just hope the other students in the dorm didn't hear me or they'd think I was some crazy Omani madman.
The saddest thing about all this is that there are actually people out there who enjoy this and are a reason these shows keep going on. By watching only half an hour of it I seriously feel that my I.Q dropped drastically.
I am off.. I need a shower to cleanse and purify my self.

omg..dynasty is so classic. Our maid recorded a zillion episodes for us when we used to live in the U.S.
I have heard and read alot about nip and tuck.. might check it out since u said its cool. :p
I never watched this days of our lives thingy though I hear about it a lot. Can't post a random judgement about it till I watch it before my eye. I'll remember to drop a comment if I happened to see an episode of it someday.
P.S. LOL @ hiding under the rock... You never saw it coming eh? lol.. Oh well, you'll live to see more ;)

Days Of Our Lives eh?? Once i got soo bored that i watched 6 back-to-back eps. of "Totally Spies" While im hanging upside down.. Now thats T.V torture.
OMG , don't get me started on the bold and the beautiful..that show was another disaster..and I actually used to watch it whenever I had nothing better to do. lol
now I wanna watch it! wanna see what made u love it so much! :D ... it was that irritating?
